Audio Visual Technology Equipment Request

North Central College audiovisual equipment is exclusively for college related events.

Reserve equipment at least 24 hours in advance - Requests received today will not be processed until the following workday.

Requests are not processed between 4:00 pm on Friday and 7am on Monday. Equipment scheduled for weekend pick up must be reserved prior to 4:00 on Friday.

Once you receive a notification that the equipment is ready to pick up on the date and time you requested, you may pick up the equipment at the ITS Helpdesk in Carnegie 110.
